Woodbine Entertainment is growing, and we are currently looking for a People Relations Advisor who is client-focused and committed to providing them with a winning experience.
Reporting to the Manager, People Relations, the Advisor provides expertise and consultative support to Woodbine Entertainment’s management teams on various labor and employee relations matters. This includes advising management on the interpretation and application of the collective agreements, managing the grievance process, conducting investigations, etc.
As a member of the People Experience (PX) management team, the People Relations Advisor participates in the planning of PX programs, policies, and processes, and acts as a champion of these programs, policies, and processes when implementing them across the organization.

What are we looking for:
- University or college degree/diploma in a field related to Human Resources Management or the equivalent in education and experience.
- 1 to 3 years of progressive related experience in a Human Resources generalist capacity with a focus on employee and/or labour relations.
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Member in Good Standing with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), preferred
- Management experience in the hospitality, entertainment, customer service industry highly preferred
- Experience working in a unionized environment is preferred
