From Toronto East Travel 401 Westbound to 409 / 427 North. Transfer to 427 North, and exit directly to Eastbound Derry Rd / Rexdale Blvd.
From Toronto West Travel the 401 Eastbound, transfer to the collectors at Dixon Rd, allowing access to Hwy 427 North.
