Still, we recognize you didn&#8217;t get to see everything you came for \u2013 including the best 3-year-old horses in Canada competing for King\u2019s Plate glory and the $1 million purse.<\/p>\n<p>To that end, we have decided that for those who purchased Grandstand seats and tickets to the Hats &amp; Horseshoes Party last Saturday, you will be receiving a full refund through Ticketmaster. You will be receiving communication from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ticketmaster.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ticketmaster<\/a> in the coming days.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Will there be refunds for people who bought dining experiences?&#8221; style=&#8221;square&#8221;]Regardless of Saturday\u2019s unfortunate weather, which led to the cancellation of several races for the safety of our horses and jockeys, our fans brought great energy to the event, creating a fun atmosphere. Still, we recognize you didn&#8217;t get to see everything you came for \u2013 including the best 3-year-old horses in Canada competing for King\u2019s Plate glory and the $1 million purse.<\/p>\n<p>Given the unfortunate circumstances of having to cancel the remainder of the races including The King\u2019s Plate, we would like to offer purchasers of dining room experiences a partial refund of $45 per seat in our dining rooms. This is the seat charge built into the overall price that also includes food and beverage.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Will my ticket from Saturday be good for Friday\u2019s event?&#8221; style=&#8221;square&#8221;]As you know, <strong>the 165th running of The King\u2019s Plate has been rescheduled for Friday, August 23rd.<\/strong> The scale of the onsite activities this Friday will not be as extensive as was planned for last Saturday, which is why we are making it a free event and not simply transferring tickets to Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Friday\u2019s event is free to enter the grandstand. Tickets are not required. Seats in the grandstand will be first-come, first-served. Any tickets or dining reservations from Saturday, August 17, will not transfer over to Friday, August 23. New reservations can be booked on a first-come first-served basis subject to availability. Turf Lounge is not available due to an existing private event. We hope our guests can join us on Friday to witness history with the 165th running of The King\u2019s Plate, keeping as the longest continuously run stakes race in north America.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;What time is post-time of The King\u2019s Plate Race?&#8221; style=&#8221;square&#8221;]Race 9, 5:34 p.m. (ET)[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Will the Hats &amp; Horseshoes Party and the Paris Texas Clubhouse Party be activated again?&#8221; style=&#8221;square&#8221;]While the scale of the onsite activities will not be as extensive as was planned for last Saturday, we are working hard to build in elements that will make it a very special race day for everyone that shares in it.\u202f\u202fEntry to the grandstand will be free, and seats will be first-come, first-served.\u202fPost time is 1:05 p.m. with gates opening at 11 a.m. and concessions at 11:30 a.m.\u202f Post-time for The King\u2019s Plate race is 5:34 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Along with an incredible line up of live horse racing, guests in attendance will enjoy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Concessions and bars available throughout the grandstand<\/li>\n<li>DJ and music<\/li>\n<li>Photo booths and activations<\/li>\n<li>Free Woodbine program for everyone in attendance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The major activations in the Trackside Clubhouse (Paris Texas Clubhouse) and Hats &amp; Horseshoes Party will not be replicated on Friday.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;I purchased a ticket\/booth in the Homestretch Bar and Patio\/Upper Apron and was not able to use my table\/booth at all due to the weather. Taxes and Ticketmaster service fees are extra.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;What do I do if my ticket is lost or stolen?&#8221; style=&#8221;square&#8221;]Lost tickets may be replaced by contacting Ticketmaster. Tickets are only replaced upon the direct request of the original purchaser with proof of purchase that can be traced back to a specific transaction. When tickets are replaced, new tickets will be printed and the lost tickets voided. Therefore, the old\/original tickets will be denied entry into the grandstand. Anyone who knowingly or unknowingly gains entry with tickets believed to be counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets may be ejected from the facility and will have their tickets revoked with no compensation.
