Woodbine Entertainment Group is the sponsor of this contest (the \u201cContest Sponsor\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>This contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario who are at least 19 years of age and excluding employees of the Contest Sponsor and Philippe Dandurand Wines Ltd., their agencies, subsidiaries, and those with whom they are domiciled. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The contest is void where prohibited by law. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules &amp; Regulations and the decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which are final.<\/p>\n<p>To enter the contest, entrants must scan the QR code available on the promotional neck tag hanger of specially marked Keep Calm Wines bottles. Entrants will be directed to a contest page form that must be completed to be eligible to win. Only completed forms will be considered as eligible entries.<\/p>\n<p>On July 29, 2024, a random draw will take place in Toronto, Ontario at 12:00 p.m. where two (2) Grand Prize winners will be selected.<\/p>\n<p>The selected winners will be contacted by email and will be given forty-eight (48) hours to respond.<\/p>\n<p>The selected entrants will have to correctly answer, unaided, a time\u2010limited mathematical skill testing question in order to claim the prize, and return a signed Confirmation of Acceptance of Prize and Release.
