Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable Head Salad to assist the BBQ station during service. This role focuses on preparing salads, assembling cold items, and supporting the BBQ cook by keeping the station stocked and organized. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in clean and consistent food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare salads and cold menu items according to recipes and standards

• Assist the BBQ cook with plating and assembling menu items

• Wash, cut, and portion vegetables and other ingredients

• Keep the salad and prep station clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Assist with basic prep including sauces, garnishes, and portioning

• Help maintain smooth service by supporting the BBQ station during busy periods

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times

Pay Rate: $20.06 to $21.06
