What we need from you
Woodbine Entertainment is growing and we are currently looking for a Desktop Analyst that is customer-focused and committed to providing internal employees with winning experiences!
This position is extremely important to Woodbine’s success. By working together with your team members, we will need you to strive to exceed expectations each and every time and most importantly, have fun while doing so.
Your main responsibilities will be to identify customer needs, resolve technical issues and provide internal front-line support for computers, desk phones and smart phones. You will be responsible for providing customers with information, restoring service and escalating tickets to a higher lever of support. Following standard processes and procedures is also important for success.

What we are looking for:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science or related discipline
- 1 year experience installing / supporting computer hardware and software
- Working knowledge of wiring and microcomputer peripherals
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings
