Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time BBQ Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing high-quality barbecue and comfort food. This role focuses on executing menu items consistently, maintaining a clean station, and supporting smooth service during busy racing nights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook BBQ menu items including smoked meats, sandwiches, sides, and fryer items

  • Portion, season, and cook meats according to recipes and standards

  • Operate BBQ equipment, smokers, grills, and fryers safely

  • Assemble menu items quickly and accurately during service

  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control

  • Assist with daily prep including cutting meats, preparing sauces, and organizing ingredients

  • Keep the cooking and prep areas clean and organized throughout the shift

  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Pay Rate: $22.37 to $23.37
