We will also need you to develop and deliver innovative and effective solutions to meet our strategic imperatives, launch a new breed of experience and further cement our place as an entertainment powerhouse!
  
What your day to day will look like:
 
Brand Ambassador. Relationship builder. Guest Experience champion. Business leader.  These imperative functions will define your days. You will lead and develop an effective Food & Beverage team to develop business strategies that deliver on financial objectives. You will builds strong relationships with our Casino Gaming Partners, that supports & protects our Food & Beverage Agreements. You will Identify ways to increase consistent, overall profitability generated through existing restaurant outlets as well as take an active role in Food & Beverage transformation initiatives. Among other duties you will also take an active role in the development and management of annual operating budgets to ensure that the various operational activities are carried out in a cost-effective manner and within approved budgets.
 
 
Key Factors for your success:
 
We will need you to embody each of our values and beliefs, be passionate about our business and journey and have a relentless desire to provide a winning experience to all our stakeholders and guests.  A post-secondary education in Hospitality / Food & Beverage or related field with 5 to 10 years of Food & Beverage Management experience are important for success. We will need you to be well-versed in F&B management strategies, government legislation and regulations, budget planning, and financial monitoring. The thrill of our horse-racing as well as our food and beverage offerings really come to life on evenings and weekends (Friday & Saturday) so your leadership will be essential during these times. We are looking for someone who loves what they do and is super excited about working for one of the coolest and compelling entertainment destinations in the Greater Milton Area!
