Woodbine Entertainment is growing, and we are currently looking for Player Services Representatives who are fun, customer-focused people that are committed to providing our guests with winning experiences!
This position is extremely important to Woodbine’s success. By working together with your team members, you will exceed our guests’ expectations each and every time and most importantly, have fun while doing so.
The purpose of this position is to create a fun and exciting experience for potential and existing customers in a friendly, enthusiastic and engaging manner by proactively sourcing and assisting new and existing wagering Customers to enhance the wagering experience.
Our ideal candidate is going to have a strong passion to wow our guests, great communication skills, a friendly and outgoing attitude, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to maximize their potential. What are we looking for:
- High school diploma.
- 2 - 3 years previous experience in a similar wagering and customer focus environment.
- Certified in Smart Serve an asset however training will be provided
- Interpersonal skills.
- Oral communication skills.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- High enthusiasm levels.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and changing environment
