Will the event be cancelled if there is rain?

No, the event will proceed rain or shine.

What time do the gates open?

Grandstand would be open at 4:30 pm, dining areas and VIP tent will be open at 5:30 pm.

What accessible seating options are available for guests at 2019 Breeders Crown?

Accessible seating is available in the venue’s three restaurants – Terrace Trackside Buffet, Mohawk Harvest Kitchen and Trackside Bar and Grill. If you would like assistance securing these seats, please contact us at (416) 675-3993 ext. 5222. We would be happy to help.

Are children allowed to attend 2019 Breeders Crown?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome at the event. Those 6 years of age and under will receive free General Admission entry. If a grandstand seat is required a ticket must be purchased.

Will there be any activities for children on site?

No children’s programming is planned at this time for 2019 Breeders Crown. We are still finalizing programming and will announce any details as they become available.

Is there a family section in the grandstand?

No, there is no designated family section.  While children 6 years of age and younger receive free general admission to the grounds, they will require a paid ticket to sit in the indoor grandstand seating.  Children older than the age of 6 year require a paid ticket. Some age-based restrictions, such as access to the gaming floor, may apply.

Can I bring a stroller to the event?

Yes, and storage space will be available.

Is cigarette smoking, vaping and cannabis smoking permitted on the grounds and/or in the grandstand?

Cigarette smoking and vaping are not permitted on the grounds, except in designated smoking areas.  Cannabis use is not permitted anywhere on the Woodbine Mohawk Park grounds.

Can people bring support animals onto the grounds?

Support animals and certified working dogs are permitted on the grounds, but pets are not allowed into Woodbine Mohawk Park.

What is the policy around filming and recording the event?

On-flash still photography and small handheld video cameras are permitted. Still photos or video must be for personal use only. Tripods, selfie sticks and/or monopods as well as wearable, or “GoPro”, cameras are not permitted. Please refrain, however, from using flashes around the horses, and from taking pictures of other customers.

Can I re-enter the venue area after exiting it?

Yes, re-entry is allowed.

Where can I park?

Regular parking is free and available on the grounds.

Can I exchange U.S. currency at Woodbine Mohawk Park?

Yes.

$1.00 for a win bet.

Is Woodbine Mohawk Park wheelchair accessible?

Yes, however, if you are making or have a dinner reservation, please advise reservations at the time of booking that you will require a wheelchair-accessible table.

Can I take public transit to Mohawk?

Public transit is not available to the venue at this time, but there are many ridesharing options including Uber and Lyft available to guests.

Are children welcome at Woodbine Mohawk Park?

Yes, children are welcome during live racing only, from two hours before the first race until one hour after the last race. You must be over 18 years to place a wager at the mutual windows and be 19 or older to enter Elements Casino Mohawk.

Is there a children's play area available at Woodbine Mohawk Park?

No

Are there bank machines at Woodbine Mohawk Park?

Yes. There is a $2.75 fee to process each transaction.
