No, the event will proceed rain or shine.
What time do the gates open?
The gate will open at 4 p.m.
What accessible seating options are available for guests at Pepsi North America Cup (PNAC)?

Are children allowed to attend PNAC?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome at the event. Those 17 years of age and under will receive free entry.
Will there be any activities for children on site?
No programming for children is planned for Pepsi North America Cup.
Is there a family section in the grandstand?
No, there is no designated family section. Children 17 years of age and younger receive free general admission to the grounds. Some age-based restrictions, such as access to the gaming floor, may apply.
Can I bring a stroller to the event?
Yes, and storage space will be available. Woodbine Mohawk Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen items on the property.
Is cigarette smoking, vaping and cannabis smoking permitted on the grounds and/or in the grandstand?
Cigarette smoking and vaping are not permitted on the grounds, except in designated smoking areas. Cannabis use is not permitted anywhere on the grounds of Woodbine Mohawk Park.
Can people bring support animals onto the grounds?
Support animals and certified working dogs are permitted on the grounds, but pets are not allowed into Woodbine Mohawk Park.
What is the policy around filming and recording the event?
On-flash still photography and small handheld video cameras are permitted. Still photos or video must be for personal use only. Tripods, selfie sticks and/or monopods as well as wearable, or “GoPro”, cameras are not permitted. Please refrain, however, from using flashes around the horses, and from taking pictures of other customers.
Can I re-enter the venue area after exiting it?
Guests will receive a hand stamp upon exit and will need to show it to gate staff to receive re-entry.
Where can I park?
Parking is free and available on the grounds.

Is Woodbine Mohawk Park wheelchair accessible?
Yes, however, if you are making or have a dinner reservation, please advise reservations at the time of booking that you will require a wheelchair-accessible table.
Can I take public transit to Mohawk?
Public transit is not available to the venue at this time, but there are many ridesharing options available to guests including Uber and Lyft.
Are there bank machines at Woodbine Mohawk Park?
Yes. There is a $2.75 fee to process each transaction.
What are the Gift Shop’s hours of operation?
Woodbine Mohawk Park’s gift store is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily
Do I need a ticket to attend Pepsi North America Cup?
Yes, gate admission is $10 all in – first 1500 paid guests get a free commemorative cap.
Free entry for Kids 17 and under.
A dining reservation is required for Terrace Trackside Buffet, Mohawk Harvest Kitchen and Trackside Bar and Grill.
Tables at Corona Deck will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. No reservation is required.
Please note children 6 years old and younger receive free admission, however some age-based restrictions, such as access to Elements Casino Mohawk, may apply.
How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available for purchase either in advance from the Gift Shop or Tim Hortons stand or on the day of the event from the on-site ticket office. Guests purchasing tickets in advance will receive a physical ticket with a commemorative design. Cash, debit card and credit card payments will be available.
Dining passes for Terrace Trackside Buffet, Mohawk Harvest Kitchen and Trackside Bar and Grill are available for purchase by calling our reservations line – 416 675-3993 Ex: 5222. Credit card payments will be available. Once you purchase your pass, you will receive e-mail confirmation, which you must print and bring to the venue to redeem for an event ticket.
Tables at Corona Deck are available on a first-come first-serve basis only on the day of the event. Reservations will not be taken.

Can I purchase admission at the venue on event day?
Yes, you can pay the $10 admission charge on event day at the on-site Ticket Office.
For dining, we recommend purchasing passes through our reservations line as early as possible to reserve your table/seat and avoid disappointment.
Can I change my dining pass for one restaurant to another restaurant?
Yes, you can change your pass, subject to table availability in the desired restaurant. An additional charge or credit may be applied depending on the type of change.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, debit card and credit card are accepted in person at the on-site ticket office. Only credit cards are accepted for dining pass reservations made through the reservations line.
How will I receive my dining passes after I purchase them through the reservation line?
On the day of the event bring your e-mail confirmation to the ticket office will call, located inside the main entrance, where you will receive a physical ticket with a commemorative design.
What comprises the price of admission?
The $10 gate admission charge is an all-in price with no service fees, and includes the base price plus taxes (HST).
Dining passes include grounds admission, taxes (HST) and 15% gratuity.
Can I move from one section or area of the grounds to another?
Guests may sit in the outdoor grandstand seats, indoor grandstand seats or stand along the apron, if desired.
Only guests with a valid dining pass for a specific restaurant may sit at a table in that restaurant.
Can I bring a folding chair if I purchase gate admission?
Folding chairs are permitted.
When can I purchase tickets at the on-site ticket office on event day?
You can purchase tickets between 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
