MILTON, May 2, 2019 – Friday nights at Woodbine Mohawk Park have been the strongest night of the week for wagering over the last several weeks and the “Can-Am Pick 4” has been part of the success.
Last week’s “Can-Am Pick 4” pool was $64,937, marking the third time in the last four editions that the wager generated a pool north of $60,000.
The total handle for Woodbine Standardbred racing over each of the last three Fridays has surpassed $2 million. Horseplayers have been hitting the windows hard on Fridays and they can expect more of the same this week.
This week’s ‘Can-Am Pick 4’ sequence will follow the format as previous editions by launching on Race 10 at Woodbine Mohawk Park and concluding on Race 11 at The Meadowlands.
