#5 – Tuesday, June 7; Race 3; Open Trot – Two-time O’Brien Award winner, San Pail took the $45,000 Open Trot in 1:53 as the 1-5 favourite. Driver Randy Waples took the five-year-old gelded son of San Pellegrino to the lead at the half and never looked back.

#4 – Saturday, June 4; Race 9; Somebeachsomewhere Stakes – N.A. Cup eligible, Roll With Joe beat heavy favourite Betterthancheddar in the final division of the Somebeachsomewhere Stakes. The Edward Hart trainee got under the wire in 1:49.3 winning by three-quarters of a length. The three-year-old son of Cams Card Shark paid $22.90 to win.

#3 – Friday, June 3; Race 10; Fillies & Mares Open – It was a battle of the O’Brien Award winners, The Patrick Fletcher-trained Dreamfair Eternal versus the Casie Coleman-trained Western Silk. The pair duelled into the stretch and it was Dreamfair Eternal who came back on to win by a head in 1:51.

#2 – Friday, June 3; Race 8; Casual Breeze Stakes – Last year’s O’Brien Award winner, Crys Dream captured her division of the Casual Breeze in 1:55.3. The Henrik Hollsten-trained filly won by five and a half lengths.

#1 – Saturday, June 4; Race 3; Somebeachsomewhere Stakes – N.A. Cup eligible, Up The Credit romped in his division of the Somebeachsomewhere Stakes. The Carl Jamieson trainee bested the 1-9 favourite, Big Jim. In a 10-1 shocker, the Western Terror colt got under the wire in 1:49, a career-best and stakes record clocking. He paid $23.90 to win.
