WoodbineMohawkPark.com Streaming Contest Rules & Regulations Contest starts on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 12:01am and runs until Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 11:59 pm (the “Contest Period”). No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person. Woodbine Entertainment Group (“WEG”) is the sponsor of this contest (the “Contest Sponsor”). This contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario who are at least 18 years of age and who complete the contest entry form (as described below) during the Contest Period, excluding employees of the Contest Sponsor and those with whom they are domiciled. In order to claim the prize, the winner must have a full access HPIbet Account. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The contest is void where prohibited by law. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules & Regulations and the decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which are final. To enter the contest, entrants must go to the WoodbineMohawkPark streaming page by either (i) visiting www.woodbinemohawkpark.com and clicking on the “Stream Races” button in the website navigation menu or (ii) going directly to https://woodbinemohawkpark.com/watch-races/. Once on the Stream Races page, locate and click on the contest leaderboard graphic (top center), where the pop-up contest entry form will appear. Entrants must complete the contest entry form in full to enter the contest. Only fully completed contest entry forms will be considered as eligible entries. Entrants must not enter the contest on behalf of a third party or receive any form of compensation from a third party for entering the contest. On Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 12:00pm a random draw will take place from all eligible entries where four (4) prize winners will be selected. The selected entrants will be notified of their win on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, via email and will have forty-eight (48) hours to respond. Selected entrants must contact HPIbet Customer Support by email at support@hpibet.com, attaching their email win notification message, within forty-eight (48) hours of the time of delivery of the email win notification message, to redeem their prize. Each selected entrant will have to correctly answer, unaided, a time‐limited mathematical skill testing question, and return a signed Confirmation of Acceptance of Prize and Release, in order to claim the prize. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must meet the requirements set out above. If an entrant fails to respond within 48 hours, incorrectly answers the skill‐testing question, declines the prize, fails to return a Confirmation of Acceptance of Prize and Release or is otherwise ineligible for the prize, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select another entrant or to cancel the contest. In order to claim their prize, each selected entrant will be required to have a full access HPIbet account. Should a selected entrant not have a full access HPIbet account, they will be required to apply for and open an HPIbet account in order to claim the prize. Should the selected entrant refuse to, be ineligible for, or otherwise be unable to apply for and open an HPIbet account, they will forfeit the prize. All elements of each prize must be accepted as awarded, may not be transferred or exchanged and are not redeemable for cash. No substitutions are permitted. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizing of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize or any component thereof. By entering this contest, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence, uploaded image, video image and/or photograph in any publicity material (posters, newsletters, internet, programs, etc.) as Contest Sponsor may determine, without further notice or compensation. The Contest Sponsor shall not be liable to any winner in the event that such winner is unable to accept the applicable prize for any reason; in such event, the prize will be forfeited by such winner. The Contest Sponsor shall have the right in its sole discretion to substitute, amend, reschedule and/or cancel any element of any prize and/or the contest and no winner shall be compensated for such substitution, amendment, re-scheduling or cancellation. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Rules & Regulations may be disqualified by the Contest Sponsor. The Contest Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned. No communications will be entered into except with selected entrants unless otherwise permitted on the contest ballot form. By entering this contest, entrants give permission for Contest Sponsor to contact them via the email address they used to enter the contest in the event they are selected as a potential winner. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide WEG with explicit permission to do so. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Contest Sponsor has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, related to the prize, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. This contest will be run in accordance with these Rules & Regulations, subject to amendment by the Contest Sponsor. Entrants must comply with these Rules & Regulations and will be deemed to have received and understood the Rules & Regulations by participating in the contest. The Contest Sponsor may amend or modify these Rules & Regulations or cancel or postpone this contest at its sole discretion at any time prior to the distribution of prizing.
