Requesting transfer for Joint ownership accounts:

1. All owners are to sign the form and provide valid government ID for signature verification (eg: Drivers License).  A notation will be made on the account and the ID will be securely filed.
2. Authorized Agent form can be completed through Standardbred Canada to authorize one person to sign (# 4 add Purse Transfers).

Notice:

Before receiving a cheque for a claimed horse, or transferring any funds from a claimed horse, all owners must provide the Horsemen’s Bookkeeper with a valid HST number, or sign off on our HST Certification Form stating that he/she elects not to register for an HST number.
