MILTON, June 6, 2019 – The Pepsi North America Cup eliminations will take place this Saturday evening at Woodbine Mohawk Park. A total of 18 three-year-old pacing colts and geldings were entered and have been separated into a pair of nine-horse $50,000 eliminations. The top-five finishers from each split will advance to the $1 million final on Saturday, June 15. Elimination winners earn the right to select their post. Trainers Tony Alagna, Brian Brown and Ron Burke have provided their thoughts on some of their weekend competitors with Ken Weingartner (USTA Media Relations Manager). Alagna took time to chat about undefeated three-year-old trotter Pilot Discretion, who will start in Friday’s Goodtimes eliminations.
