MILTON, January 30, 2024– Woodbine Mohawk Park would like to remind all owners and trainers that nominations for this year’s Canadian Graduate Series and New Holland Series close this Thursday, February 1. The Canadian Graduate Series is open to Canadian sired four-year-old pacers and trotters. The series made its debut last year as the Ontario Graduate before Woodbine opted to open the event up to any Canadian sired four-year-old for 2024. The event features a series for Open Pacers, Mare Pacers and Trotters. The Canadian Graduate Series consists of three $25,000 preliminary legs and a $75,000 added money final. The New Holland Series, sponsored by New Holland Agriculture, returns for 2024 with a Pacing and Trotting Series offered. The New Holland is open to Non-Winners of $150,000 (Fillies & Mares $175,000) in 2023 and consists of two $30,000 preliminary legs and a $60,000 added money final. The event begins with the Trotting Series on March 11 and Pacing Series on March 16 before both finals are held on Saturday, March 30. The nomination fee for the New Holland Series is $500 (CAD).
