The Canadian Pacing Derby in Canadian harness racing’s oldest stakes race, launched in 1936, while the Maple Leaf Trot has been contested since 1950.

What to Wear

Temperatures in the middle of June typically range from 14 to 23 degrees Celsius (57 to 73 degrees Fahrenheit). Since the temperature varies this month, we recommend light clothing and a thin jacket, as well as a poncho in case of rain.

Woodbine Mohawk Park does not enforce a strict dress code and recommends ‘track casual’ as a base guideline. In our restaurants and lounges dress code is smart casual. Comfort is key when you come to play, dine and celebrate with us.
