In celebration of the King’s Plate, join us at Woodbine Mohawk Park for an exciting afternoon of live stream racing, music, food, fashion and fun!
The 2025 edition will mark the 166th running of the prestigious $1 million-stakes race, historically named in honour of the reigning monarch. One of the highest-profile events in Canadian sports, The Plate is the first leg of the OLG Canadian Triple Crown and is followed by the Prince of Wales Stakes run at Fort Erie Race Track, and the Breeders’ Stakes run at Woodbine Racetrack.
FREE ADMISSION. DOORS OPEN AT 12 PM. KING’S PLATE DAY – FIRST POST TIME IS 12:45 PM.
Be sure to stick around for an evening of LIVE standardbred racing in one of our two signature restaurants. Mohawk Park post time is 6:35 PM.
