Spin to Win at Woodbine Racetrack

1. The contest takes place at Woodbine Racetrack (555 Rexdale Blvd., Toronto, ON) from 11am ET on Saturday, June 1, 2019 until on Sunday June 23, 2019, the Contest Closing Date or while supplies last. No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person. Woodbine Entertainment Group (“WEG”) is the sponsor of this contest (the “Contest Sponsor”).

(a) To enter, guests must register with a designated Woodbine Guest Experience Representative by completing an entry form on-site at Woodbine Racetrack.

(b) Individuals must be 19 years of age or older and residents of Ontario and hold a valid credit card

(c) Registering for the contest will require you to provide certain personal information. WEG’s Privacy Policy can be found at https://woodbine.com/privacy-policy/ or the New Player Zone at Woodbine Racetrack.

(d) Entry and all aspects of the contest are subject to all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations.

2. (a) Entrants are eligible to win one (1) of the following prizes: – Various merchandise – values ranging from $1 to $5.. GRAND PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Each Grand Prize consists of round-trip economy airfare for two (2) people on a regularly scheduled, marketed and operated WestJet flight from Toronto, Ontario (YYZ) to Montego Bay, Jamaica (BGI). Taxes, fees and surcharges are not included, and must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking the flights with a valid credit card. The maximum retail value of this prize is $5,000 CDN.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prize is valid towards return travel until May 31, 2020. Seats are subject to economy fare availability and promotional space. Prize is not valid for any flights departing after such date and extensions to the expiry date are not permitted. Prize cannot be booked more than 90 days prior to departure. Travel is not permitted during peak dates such as, but not limited to; all Canadian and U.S Statutory Holidays (i.e. all long weekends) and airline blackout periods (such as, but not limited to; Easter, Spring and Christmas breaks). Prize winner and his/her designated guest must travel on the same itinerary in both directions. Winner and his/her guest are responsible for transportation to and from the gateway airport and all other expenses not stated as included herein. Changes to flights and or passenger names are not accepted, once the booking has been confirmed. Prize is not valid for redemption on WestJet Vacations’ packages, Link, or WestJet’s charter, alliance or code share partners.

Transportation is subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, airline, airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. Winner and guest are responsible for all expenses other than those mentioned above as included including, but not limited to airport improvement fees, taxes, surcharges, other transportation, attractions, merchandise, souvenirs, airport lounges, medical insurance, travel visas, and all other personal expenses of any kind. Prize supplier is not responsible for any delays, postponements, suspensions, rescheduling or flight cancellations, for any reason, without any compensation. Other restrictions may apply. Prize is non-transferable (and without limiting the foregoing, the prize may not be sold or traded), must be taken as offered and cannot be substituted, redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or alternative prizes, except in the prize supplier’s sole discretion. Prize supplier reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. No credit or reimbursement will be provided if prize is not taken.  Prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or offers provided by the prize supplier. Does not include upgrades to Premium or Business class cabins or checked baggage.

A seven (7) day all-inclusive stay at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa valid for double occupancy for two (2) adults, with local transportation to/from the hotel and airport. The Grand Prize is valid for 365 days form winning date, has no cash surrender value, cannot be transferred to a third party and does not include rebooking or changes fees, should the redemption change after a confirmed booking has been made.  Black out dates apply.  At the time of redemption, the Grand Prize winner must first confirm his/her hotel reservation and then contact call centre to book their flight;

(b) Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged and have no cash value. Contest Sponsor and prize suppliers reserve the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prizes.

3. The odds of winning any prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries.

4. By entering this contest, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or any photograph that may be taken in publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsor and/or its advertising agencies, without further notice or compensation.

5. Employees of the Contest Sponsor and Prize Suppliers and those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to enter the contest.

6. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide WEG with explicit permission to do so as indicated on the entry form. 7. By entering this contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor and prize suppliers, its advertising and promotional agencies and the contest judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releases”) from any liability in connection with this contest or, if declared a winner, any prize.

8. This contest will be run in accordance with these Rules & Conditions, subject to amendment by the Contest Sponsor. Entrants must comply with these Rules & Conditions, and will be deemed to have received and understood the Rules & Conditions by participating in the contest. Contest Sponsor may amend or modify these Rules & Conditions or cancel or postpone this contest at its sole discretion at any time prior to the distribution of prizing. Any disagreements or disputes arising out of this contest will be resolved by the Contest Sponsor at its sole and absolute discretion.
