TORONTO, May 12 – Woodbine Entertainment Group is introducing an innovative clockwise turf racing program, to be known as the EuroTurf Series, next month. Up to 40 races are slated to be contested clockwise over the world-famous E.P. Taylor Turf Course throughout the 2016 season. By running races clockwise, more of the turf course will be utilized, allowing for more turf races at Woodbine. A non-wagering trial of a EuroTurf race is being conducted this Monday, May 16 at 10:30 a.m. on the E.P. Taylor course. WEG invites media to witness the trial run of this historic event at the finish wire at Woodbine’s grandstand apron. The first race of the EuroTurf series is set for June 10. Share This:Share
