TORONTO, October 30, 2018 – Canadian horse racing fans will have some horses with local ties to root for over Breeders’ Cup weekend from Churchill Downs.
The 35th running of the Breeders’ Cup World Championships will be contested on November 2-3, with the two-year-olds kicking off the action on Friday.
Local horse racing fans can experience the Breeders’ Cup in style on Saturday at Woodbine’s inaugural Breeders’ Cup Bash in partnership with Friends of We Care. Hosted by Brigitte Truong, the party will begin at 12 p.m. in the Northern Dancer Room and includes a special selection of gourmet food and specialty cocktails prepared by Woodbine’s culinary team.
