The breakthrough half-length triumph under rider Edgar Zenteno came in career start number three for the daughter of Katz My Song–Brighter Ideas, who debuted on June 7 at Woodbine. The first career stakes success for the Sid Attard-trained Old Forester filly extended her win streak to three. Now standing at 4-1-0 through seven starts, all at Woodbine, Splash of Bourbon has collected nearly $150,000 in purse earnings for breeder/owner Tucci Holdings.
