Chicken & Waffle
While the locally grown buttermilk fried chicken and award winning spiced batter are second to none, it’s the spicy pepper berry syrup, crafted from our community garden and adorned with Niagara apple cider, maple syrup, cane sugar and aromatics that bring this taste explosion to life. The signature chicken is fried crispy and juicy and served on fresh baked Belgium style waffle and topped with market fresh cabbage and raddish slaw. Yum!
At Woodbine, every day can be Taco Tuesday with our fresh and flavourful Taco Trio! Making choices can be hard but with our Taco Trio every decision is a winning one whether you go with our pineapple pork pastor, ancho beef brisket or Baja cod. The preparation is simple but the flavours are complex. Watch as Kristen experiences the making of our signature dish from the steaming of the taco through to chopping herbs and constructing our avocado salad complete with lime crema.
