TORONTO, August 30, 2019 – Each week, Woodbine’s head clocker Ernie Perri comments on some of the top workouts watched, highlighting horses to key in on for upcoming races at Woodbine.

Saturday, Race 5 – Malibu Mambo

Malibu Mambo worked for Kevin Attard on August 17 in 1:01.80 in company with A.A. Azula’s Arch — both came home in :23.80. Malibu Mambo previously out-worked Holyanna.

Sunday, Race 2 – Asha Ironborn

Asha Ironborn worked for Ian Black on August 17 in :48.80, coming home in :23.60, out in 1:00.60, striding out very well. Not a tough field. Should be a price.
