Media Release by Ontario Racing ETOBICOKE, Ont., July 17, 2024 – Ontario Racing UNFILTERED is back for Season 2, streaming on CTV and Crave, with Episode 1 debuting on Thursday, July 18. With rivalries heating up in 2024 between jockeys, drivers, and trainers, don’t miss the excitement as they compete for big money stakes races, and the glory of the winner’s circle. “We are so excited to announce the return of Ontario Racing UNFILTERED for our second season,” said Andrew Gaughan, independent chair of Ontario Racing. “The overwhelmingly positive reception we received for the first season helped us to better promote and elevate the sport of horse racing in the province and across the country. Our goal at Ontario Racing is to not only attract new owners and fans to the sport within Ontario, but to foster a love and appreciation of it all over the country and beyond. Ontario Racing UNFILTERED allows us to introduce a broader audience to this dynamic and vibrant industry like nothing has ever done so before.” The four-episode season will debut Thursday and conclude on Sept. 12. Ontario Racing UNFILTERED continues to spotlight Ontario’s horse racing industry, showcasing the passion and dedication for the sport, the incredible equine athletes, and how Ontario features some of the top tracks and talent in the world. This season features a blockbuster cast with some exciting new additions, including Bob McClure, Sofie Vives, and Mark Casse. Quarter Horse racing is also being introduced, with a whole new cast of characters shining a spotlight on that exciting industry.
