TORONTO, June 13, 2018 – Some of Woodbine’s own gathered at Toronto’s Revival 629 film studios to shoot the 2018 Queen’s Plate Style Guide on Thursday, May 10. Photographer Chris Young caught all the stylish behind-the-scene antics. Allyson Walker, assistant trainer to Roger Attfield, strikes a pose. Jockey Luis Contreras, no stranger to Queen’s Plate glory, waits for his turn under the bright studio lights. Jockey Chantal Sutherland, pretty in pink, strikes a pose in the hallway. Hall of Fame trainer Roger Attfield casts a long shadow on and off the track. Trainer Catherine Day Phillips transitions seamlessly from backstretch to runway. Jockey Omar Moreno waits for his call to post on set. Exercise rider Tanya Waltoo waits for her model call. Models up! Roger and Omar wait in the wings for their shoot.
