[Track ratings based on a scale of 1-5 with ‘1’ being the slowest.] Saturday, Race 9 – Lookin at Matteo Perri said: “Lookin at Matteo worked for Kevin Attard on July 21 in :48 flat. I think this horse will enjoy stretching out. His dam produced Big Red Mike. I really liked the ease of that work.” Sunday, Race 4 – Heydon’s Case Perri said: “Heydon’s Case worked for Minshall on July 22 in :47.20 breezing on a slow track rated 2. He got into a lot of trouble on the turf last start, now back to Tapeta with a nice work.” Some other horses to keep an eye out for on Sunday include: Seguimi, Chestnut Johnny and Thor’s Rocket.
